Order Pickup Policy

Please drive around the right-hand side of the building to the front (facing Hwy 6). You will see signage on the doors for Escarpment Labs. The pickup door is the rightmost door, is labelled "Visitors" and has a red doorbell button on the outside. 

Pickup times
9:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Thursday
9:30 am to 3:00 pm Fridays
Saturdays and Sundays upon request only, pro brewery orders only. 
Earlier or later times upon request only, pro brewery orders only

Pickup protocol
1. Ring the doorbell of the Visitors door and stand 6 feet back.
2. Identify yourself and your order number(s) and an Escarpment staff member will retrieve your order(s).
3. We will bring your order out to you. 

We appreciate your compliance with our facility's health and safety measures.

Early pickups
We cannot guarantee an employee will be present and your order will be ready prior to 9:30 am on your pickup day. If you need to pick up your order earlier, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
